You guys the class I am in right now is soooo boring.
You know those classes where the professor is so nice and is teaching and doing their best but you feel bad b/c no matter how hard you try you just can't.pay.a.single.ounce.of.attention?
That is this class right now!
Professor: So does anybody have any thoughts about this court case?
Class: ....
Professor: anybody? at all?
Class:....
Professor: I know there must be someone who has something to say
.....

.....

Kid in the back: no, I was just stretching.
Everybody: ....
Literally just now happened ^
But rather than start a commentary of my boring class, I will tell you all about how fun this weekend was! Because it was so fun.
On Thursday night we went to a fancy chairity dinner at the Marriott Center for Jimmer Fredette's charity, Jimmerosity.

On Friday we went on a little triple date to K1 raceway. So fun! So fast! So painful!
I now have 3 battle bruises on my back from running into walls and stuff.
Totally worth my 4th place victory.
Totally worth my 4th place victory.
Then Saturday was the oh so exciting BYU football game!
This also happened to be the exact game that Kody and I met at 2 whole years ago!
On Monday I started my Junior year at BYU.
A lot of things have changed since I started school two years ago.
I am no longer afraid of return missionaries.
I am a little less intimidated by my classes/professors/textbooks.
I know Provo like the back of my hand.
And instead of being roommates with 5 girls I don't know, I have just one guy roommate who I also happen to be in love with :)
but...
I still hate the snow.
I still am not used to not seeing my mom every day.
I still want to go to 80's night.
I still think my old roommates are so fun.
I still get lost on campus.
I still get super excited about football games.
and I still love college!
We'll see if that excitement lasts over the next 4 semesters but still...happy new school year!
xo
Right after the beach house trip, we headed to Tennessee for one of Kody's friends weddings, which also turned out to be super fun! I had never been to the south and I was so amazed by how beautiful and GREEN everything was! I wish I would have taken more pictures. We absolutely loved it!
I had a lot of fun with my braid...

During this summer Kody worked a lot and I went to school all summer, so we didn't really get a chance to go on any crazy trips or anything UNTIL the last 2 weeks of summer when we went on our beach trip, which we lived and worked so hard for all summer! Kody's family goes on a big vacation every year, and they are always SO MUCH FUN. Actually I have only been on two, but they have both been so fun and I was so sad when they were over. This year we got to stay in a beach house in Oceanside and it was so nice.
The view from the beach house was to die for ^^
Do I take way too many pictures of him?? Nah.....
We played SO MUCH cornhole.
The view from the beach house was to die for ^^
I am so lucky I married into such a cool and fun family.
Till next year!
Till next year!

I need to catch up on here, I know. But I will start with the fact that the love of my life turned 23 this week and I am so happy :)
I love birthdays and celebrations AND him, so all of those things made me super happy.
Also I love Tucanos and that was an additional bonus of that day.
So happy this guy was born. We are BFF's.
